Habco delivers Australia Wide. For delivery we charge a flat freight and handling fee of ONLY AU $9.95 PER ORDER regardless of how many items you purchase in a single transaction. Habco deliver across the country using a combination of the Australia Post’s and various courier services. Delivery is 1-2 days for major cities and up to 10 days for remote areas.
Some remote areas may attract a shipping charge and if so purchaser will be notified.

Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the freight company returns an undeliverable package to us, we will contact you via email or phone.
Why are packages occasionally undeliverable?

Incorrect Address
.Packages are normally only undeliverable when the address is incorrect- please check your address carefully when placing your order. Should this occur, a redelivery fee will apply. In rare cases, it is also possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process, in this case the goods will be re-shipped free of charge.

Failed Delivery Attempt.
If you are not at home when your package arrives and it was being delivered by Post , a card will be left in your letter box so that you can pick it up from your local Post Office. If your package was being delivered by courier arrangements will be made in advance to ensure that your package can be delivered at a time convenient to you. Should you not be at home at the agreed time, a redelivery fee may apply.

Refused by Recipient.
If you are sending a gift, it may be a good idea to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way, otherwise they may refuse to accept the package believing that it was sent to them in error.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not receive confirmation of its return to us after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
